Nikon D70 Body Only

Curious if there is any interest in a Nikon D70 DSLR, BODY ONLY, no lenses as I am looking at upgrading to a different Nikon body.
I bought this camera in December 2004 and paid about $1500 for the camera, 24-120 VR lens, and some other goodies.

D70 camera body
Box
Software
Cables - USB and AV
Warranty card (I may have registered online, but I don't remember)
2x 0.5GB ScanDisk Ultra II CF cards
1x 1GB ScanDisk Ultra II CF card
Battery charger.

Camera is mint, with the exception that "ON" and part of "OFF" is worn off the on/off selector.

I'd like to get $400 for it - shipping included.

Camera body, memory, battery charger...

Box and goodies...

Worn spot on on/off switch...
