| Administrator | How do you auto bracket on a Nikon D300? I looked in my manual, and cant figure out for the life of me, but how do I auto-bracket on a D300 so I can make an HDR?

| Member Joined: May 2008 Posts: 63 From: Portland My Camera: Nikon D300 / Just arrived: D3 ;) | On custom setting, go to "f controls" hit OK go to " F4- assign func button" . Setting should be Func button press - OFF FUNC. button + Dial - BKT. hit OK. Once done, press your lower button in front of your camera . Check the upper screen . Use comand button to set your number of shots and exposures.. You can do single shot at a time or set your release button to CL or CH. Once done be sure to set it back to zero shots . PAGE 118-125 on your USER MANUAL

| Senior Member Joined: May 2008 Posts: 212 From: bellingham, wa My Camera: canon eos 40d | I would like to suggest to use a remote. I tried pressing my camera's button even if its set on something, maybe I need a tripod, I still get a lil shake. So what I did was set it to timer. Press it once and it took 3burst shots. Without my finger holding on the button. |
