Nice, but I think a lower angle of view might give it more interest.

You wouldn't think it, but taking pictures of a black lab is pretty damn difficult at times. Rarely 'enough' light. Pretty much have to over expose everything around it.

I like the first picture a lot, I gotta get better at some good black and white shots.

Can you shoot underexposed in RAW mode and then just add more fill light?
