My Camera: Sony A700

Practicin for the Tulip Festival

Ok...so Im cutting my teeth for the tulips by taking pictures of cacti:




All these shots taken at the Volunteer Park Conservatory today.

I did manage to take a few tulip shots at their main entrance:





I took these with my kit lenses. No tripod. No flash. Comments? Critiques? More pointers? I'm headed out on the 19th, so they should be in full bloom I hope! TIA.
