uploading pics to smugmug
Is there a fast way of uploading pics to smugmug? I'm talking in the 1000's.
Or is it best to just sort through them and only upload the "good photos"? Sorry I'm still a complete noob I took a bunch of pics this last week since my fiance gave birth to our 3rd little girl. Everyone wants a copy of the pictures I took so I figured the best way would be to put them on smugmug and just email one link. Then they can get the ones they want easier. But damn is it gonna take forever to upload them. Any suggestions? Thanks |

uploading is only as fast as your connection, when smugmug is working right. Best to queue up the files and let it go overnight. If people are in a real hurry to see pics, upload your best and do the rest later.

As JayT suggested. make a folder, and drag your folder into your upload box. And let it load overnight.
I wouldnt send your family 1,000+ photos. Pick out your favorite 50 or 100 or so.
