Walking around Philly.

Shot a alot today after work.
I really liked this one and thought the treatment worked with the subject.
Any Opinions?

My Camera: must take pretty pictures
looks cool. My only suggestion would have been to crop the right off a bit.

How does it look in B&W?

I agree that it would look good cropped a bit. What lens was that? I can't tell if the top left corner is distortion or a crap brick job.

I like the framing, symmetrical . like most of my shot's.
Plus I was sort of forced into it by having to lower my sticks and slide up against a pole to be steady, do to the howling wind.

If you pull a line on the sidewalk, it's level. the brick work is probably done by a U---n worker, hence, the crooked bricks.
By the way Eric, I would'nt own a lens that distorted like that. In fact, Im going to sell this 18-200 this summer to get my 24-70 2.8. Im not a real fan of it anymore.

I can't wait to get outa here, you can't take a sh--t with out a shadow! they won't even let us sit in the hall to watch our gear. how lame is that

i like how it emphasized the peeling paint on the hydrant.

have you played with the warp tool? would be handy for that upper left, especially since eric brought it up, the distortion all i see.

Better?

8x10 instead of 8x12, and leveled.
