for me its a little too much motion in the clouds, also in the lower background theres 'stationary' clouds.
over all I like it though...Just too bad you don't have a creepy guy standing in one of the left building windows staring at you lol.

The intended effect is cool in theory, but I think this photo would have been best if taken somewhere else.
The "streaking" of the clouds and the buildings are two different subjects and make the photo seem chaotic, especially since each takes up a large amount of the image. |

An entire cityscape along the lower portion, but only taking up ~20% of the frame.
Or possibly a shot that is entirely sky. Or even looking straight up through a canopy of tree tops with a hole in the center and the clouds streaking past. Just a few thoughts. |
