My Camera: Nikon D40
Vertical Grip for Nikon D40

Does anyone have one? I can't seem to find one made by Nikon and I am not sure about buying one of the knock-off ones I find online.

I used one with a Canon 30D and loved how it made the camera feel.

Thanks!

Yeah, I saw those. Nikon makes them for their other cameras so I'm a bit surprised there isn't one for the D40. :(

Probably because the D40 is an entry level DSLR, and your nikon battery lasts longer than any battery you've used for a camera x5. The idea being you could probably get off 1500 shots on a single charge. :-) Should be good on that!

Yeah, I'm sure it's fine. I was more wanting it for the second shutter button.
