| Administrator | oooh I see it now... it makes me wonder if the cloud velocity was enough, could a camera on a tripod take a clear picture with moving clouds all throughout.

My Camera: Nikon D3, D200 | one way... if your camera allows it, and I know your D300 does Beans, is to shoot your seen on sticks, preferably in daylight for faster shutter speeds, and set your camera up for auto bracketing from 2 under to 2 over at 1 stop increments then do a continuous high speed shutter for those 5 shots, not allowing the seen to change as much as if you did those 5 shots manually. Just remember, this means Good sticks and head so no movment from your end while firing. here's an example, all be it big. ![]() |

My Camera: disposable | ^^ yes. unfortunately, my camera only brackets for 3 images at a time, and did an additional 3 at +2 stops for that first hdr image. clouds moved during that single adjustment. stupid clouds. here's another where the clouds aren't as noticeable. 4 images for this. ![]() |
